THE MISSION
The mission of CrossFit Lewes is to create people who are capable in ALL aspects of fitness and increase your work capacity. The CrossFit Inc. program is designed for universal scalability so that any individual can benefit from it. We aim to challenge all of your physical and mental aspects of fitness. We promise to give you variety in training. We promise to teach you functional skills, and we promise to train every individual as an athlete.
THE PROGRAM
CrossFit Inc. and our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. The CrossFit Inc. program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We've used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and serious competitive athletes in the middle of competitive training. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind so we scale load and intensity; we don't change programs. What separates CrossFit Inc. from other fitness programs is that we provide you with measurable results! We do this with SAFETY in coaching proper technique in every exercise, Efficiency by increasing your work capacity, and our program is most Efficient as it provides you with timely results!
CrossFit Inc. workouts consist of a variety of functional movements at high intensity as intensity is the independent variable in every workout. All CrossFit movements are: Natural, Essential, Compound yet Elemental, and SAFE!! Visit CrossFit.com to learn more about CrossFit Inc.
