WOD - 250 meter weighted run - foward up and backwards back 30 weighted sit ups 4 rounds
finished w 100 push ups on parking blocks

Rope Climb 1x WOD: Run Loop 10 Push Ups Paralell Walk 10 Pull Ups 20 Sit Ups 20 Step Ups 20 Tri Dips 4 Rounds Then... 1/2 Loop of walking lunges w/ a jog back to start. What a great way to start off your Saturday!
