WOD 1 - ~11 minutes
3X with 1 minute break between rounds 2&3
Rotating Stations - work as long as it takes the tire puller (dragger?)
Tire Drag
...Jump Overs
Pushups
Pullups
Situps
Walking Lunge with PVC pipe overhead
Curl Ups

WOD 2 - ~4.5 minutes
Modified vversion of 2 miles to heaven
run 20 secs fast pace, work 20 secs
work rotated between pushups and mountain climers

Sunday Boot Camp at Grove Park


WOD 1


2 mins of Jump Rope 2 mins of situps
rest 30 sec
90 sec of jump rope 90 sec of situps
rest 30 sec
60 sec of jump rope 60 sec of situps
rest 30 sec
30 sec of jump rope 30 sec of situps

WOD 2

3 Rounds 20,25, 30 sec rest between
Random Carry - 20lb Med Ball, 35lb Kettle Bell, 45lb plate, carry all three any way possible 25M
Remaining boot campers
AMRAP for the length of time it takes someone to carry all three items rotating between the following stations
Pushups
Jump Over
Dips

WOD 1 - Team Workout (13:50 to complete) each person at a station. Stations work until tire drag is complete. Your teammates are depending on you to hurry the hell up! :)
25M Tire drag
push-ups
curl-ups (reverse sit-ups)

Then same concept move immediately to
25M Farmers walk (25 or 40 lbs)
jump-overs
sit-ups
3x
Sooo nice! (3-4 min break then on to WOD 2)

WOD 2 - Sunday Tabata - (Work 20 secs, rest 10 secs 8x)
Tabata Sprints
Tabata Push-ups
Tabata Squats

Squat jumps -1 min on 1 min off 3 x 

 

WOD - 250 meter weighted run - foward up and backwards back 

30 weighted sit ups
15 ball slams 

4 rounds 

 

finished w 100 push ups on parking blocks
